RCH offer structured Graduate Nurse Programs that turn newly graduated Registered Nurses into competent and confident professionals. Our programs develop specific knowledge and skills required to work in a tertiary paediatric hospital through a model
of continuous learning and development, in a safe and supportive environment.
Our programs are specifically designed to promote:
- Child and family centered care
- Competence in paediatric nursing practice
- Engagement in critical questioning and reflective practice
